    No Worries Classic Event Marketing Campaign

    Challenge

    The No Worries Classic has been a Central Texas sporting clay tradition for 18 years. As public sensitivity around gun-related imagery has evolved, the challenge was to thoughtfully adapt the event’s marketing by shifting focus away from firearms and toward the sense of community, tradition, and impact the event represents.

    • Focused messaging on tradition, community, and impact, not firearms.

    • Designed social media content showcasing sponsors, families served, and event legacy.

    • Engaged outreach partners to ensure a positive, family-friendly perception.

    • Raised $276K (exceeding a $250K goal) with 59 teams, 365 attendees, and 54 sponsors.

    • Drove 12,000+ social views with high engagement in a niche market across reels and carousels.

    • Delivered community-focused, firearm free branding and strengthened sponsor visibility through consistent storytelling.
